Deposits and Policies
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all our guests. Once a unit is reserved by a guest, it is removed from the market and reserved. However, a reservation is not confirmed until a $200 deposit is received within 5 days after making your reservation. If after 5 days, we have not received a deposit, we must return the unit to the market. Guests have 120 days to cancel a reservation from the start of reservation date. Prior to 120 days, any cancelation will receive 1/2 of their deposit if we fill the cabin within 60 days of the cancellation.
Guests are financially responsible for the entire length of their confirmed reservation.
All rates subject to Minnesota sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice.

We would prefer that you leave your dog and other pets at home,
but if that isn't possible, you must make sure that it will not disturb
other guests. Absolutely NO barking is allowed and pets can NOT be
left in the cabin alone. Pets MUST be leashed, cleaned up after, and
attended at ALL times. Please notify us in advance if you plan to
bring your dog or other pets. |
